Member -> Caddie Request
Note: Clubs can set multiple Caddie Types (e.g. ForeCaddie, A Caddie, B Caddie, etc.) for members to request their preferred level of service.
Caddie Manager -> Dashboard
Once the member clicks Submit Request, the Caddie Request instantly appears in Caddie Management, which is dynamically integrated with the online tee sheet for instant visibility.
Simple Roster Management & Caddie Onboarding
Every caddie profile lives in one place, not in a spreadsheet. Onboard a new caddie, update their information, and keep the whole roster current as the season goes on.
Oversee Availability & Scheduling
Built-In Communication Tool
Caddies are notified the moment they've been assigned with a push notification to the ForeCaddie App and email. Direct messages can be segmented: by caddie type, assigned caddies, available caddies, unconfirmed caddies, or AM/PM on-call caddies, with direct links straight into their schedule, profile, or your club's caddie rules.
Integrate Your Caddie Agreements & Guidelines
When onboarding new caddies with ForeCaddie, they are unable to use the app until they've viewed and signed the agreement, giving your club a documented record on file for liability purposes without you having to chase anyone down for a signature.
Get A Helping Hand With Region Assignments
Not enough caddies available for a big event? Request caddies from other clubs in your region directly from the dashboard. The request notifies the Caddie Managers at those clubs right in Caddie Management, so covering a busy day doesn't mean working the phones to find a favor. It also provides caddies opportunities to earn loops at other clubs in your area!
Only available for clubs on ForeCaddie in the same metro area.
Reporting That Works
Take the guesswork out of planning. See how the program is actually performing with built-in forecasting, tee sheet reports, loops per caddie, caddie availability, and declined loops.

Once the Caddie Manager commits an assignment, the ForeCaddie App takes over on the caddie's end.
Never Miss A Beat With The Lives News Feed
Keeps caddies updated as things happen: new loop assignments, assignment reminders, canceled loops, check-in reminders, availability reminders, and club announcements, all grouped in an easy to read format.
Caddies Set Their Own Availability & Schedule
Caddies set their own upcoming availability, in a window that ranges from one to six weeks out (club preference). They can even set two separate time blocks on the same day, say 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and then 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., for caddies who may need to split their availability around other commitments.
Complete Communication & Feedback Loop
If a loop is declined, the manager is notified right away, so a gap in coverage does not fall through the cracks. And for everything else, caddies have a direct line to message the Caddie Manager from the app, a nice-to-have that keep all communication in one spot. Every step of the way is communicated in real time.
Create Caddie Profiles & More!
The rest of a caddie's profile lives in one place too. From the app's More tab, caddies can edit their profile, add a caddie photo (new) so staff and members can put a face to a name before a loop even begins, look back at their loop history, and revisit the caddie guidelines and agreement anytime they need to.
