Now Available: The All-New Club Calendar Feature in the ClubCentral App

ForeTees, a leader in club management technology, is excited to announce the official launch of two major features designed to streamline club operations and elevate the member experience: the Club Calendar Widget and Event Display Name feature.
As of Tuesday, April 15th, members using the ClubCentral App will now see a dynamic Club Calendar widget directly within the Club News tab of the ClubCentral mobile app. These updates pair effortless backend management with a modern front-end display to provide instant member access to club amenities.
For Members: A Real-Time Club Feed
The Club Calendar widget acts as a self-updating digital flyer that does the heavy lifting for your members. It eliminates the effort of navigating through the app to find out what’s happening at the club. Instead of hunting for info, members get a live feed of every event across all amenities.
Direct Access: Members can see exactly how many spots are left (e.g., "8/8 Teams" or "29/30 Covers"). This creates a "join now before it's full" incentive or helps them notice when a popular class/event is close to being booked up.
One-Tap Registration: If a member sees an event they like, they can view the time and category, then click directly to the registration page to sign up!
An amenity-based filter is a game-changer for active members. For example, using the filter icon on the bottom right, one can quickly filter for upcoming fitness classes without wading through all upcoming events for golf, dining, etc.
The Bottom Line: A streamlined feed that puts the club’s entire social and athletic calendar right at the members' fingertips.
For Staff: Centralized Control, Minimal Effort
The primary win for staff is automation. Because the Club Calendar integrates directly from reservation systems (Admin, Golf, Dining, Courts and more), the manager only has to build the event once, reducing the risk of human error or outdated information. The app handles the marketing by displaying it beautifully in the feed.
Increased Event Visibility: Events that might otherwise have been buried in a specific sub-menu (like a Pilates 101 class or a weekly Pickleball Mixer) are now front and center in the main Club Calendar feed, naturally exposing members to registration opportunities.
Automatic Status Updates: When a class reaches capacity, the app automatically displays "Registration Closed" or "Full" based on the ForeTees module. Or, say there is a last-minute location change, staff only need to update it in the Event Setup for it to reflect in the Club Calendar.
Reduced Administrative Inquiry: By giving members a ‘Single Source of Truth,’ admin and/or pro shop staff spend less time answering questions or unnecessary phone calls, such as, "What time does the yoga class start again?" "Where is Mother's Day brunch?”, and “When is the Member-Guest event this year?”
The Result: The Club Calendar widget keeps your events accurate and highly visible without adding a single extra task to your daily routine.
Streamlining Event Setup with Event Display Name
The Event Display Name feature significantly improves visual consistency. Historically, staff had to use internal shorthand or add unique dates and codes (e.g. Yoga 4 15 26 or Men’s League 7). Display Names do not need to be unique, you can now reuse clean, professional titles across multiple events. It helps ensure that your members see a polished, curated, and easy-to-read Club Calendar event feed.
Polished Branding: Internal Event Names like "Yoga 4 15 2026" can now be displayed simply as "Yoga" for members.
Broad Capability: This field is available across Golf, Courts, Fitness, and other amenity reservation modules in ForeTees.
A mass change function allows staff to update all existing and recurring events at once via the System Configuration menu. Your members will then see professional, easy-to-read event names throughout the Club App.
The Result: You can keep your internal naming conventions exactly how you like them for tracking and reporting, but your members see a proper feed of Club Calendar events.
