Who Does This Benefit?
Members:
Flexible Scheduling – Members can request their golf bag with just a few taps. They can request ASAP or schedule for later on the given day. Eliminating the need to call the golf shop or wait on hold. It’s a quick and intuitive alternative.
Automatic Communication – With direct communication between the Staff and the Member app, members receive push notifications confirming that their request has been received and when their bag is ready for pickup without any extra effort from the staff.
Enhanced Experience – This feature adds a tech-forward element for members, reinforcing a sense of attention to member needs. Modern members appreciate mobile-first services, and this feature aligns perfectly with those expectations, helping clubs deliver a seamless and efficient golf experience
Club Staff & Outside Operations Teams:
Improved Efficiency – When staff receive real-time notifications of bag requests, it reduces the likelihood of miscommunication or forgotten requests. It allows the bag room or proshop staff to anticipate needs and plan accordingly, improving responsiveness.

With a simple setup this feature is customizable to match your club’s operations:
Include Bag Storage Numbers in your System Admin
Setup your Locations (Bag Drop, Practice Facility, Place on Cart, etc.). You can add as many as you need!
Customize the Hours of Operation to control availability for members.
Add the Staff App User(s) who will fulfill incoming requests from the FT Staff App. The app can be added onto each of the bag room staff's phones or onto one bag room tablet.
