We had the opportunity to speak with Cimarron Hills Golf & Country Club—where Beverly Bowes, Director of Racquet Sports & Athletics, shares her insights and best practices for leveraging ForeTees across several activities. At the club, efficiency and engagement go hand in hand. Beverly has mastered the art of keeping members informed and making operations seamless using their reservation systems.

From color-coded events for easy navigation to real-time updates on court conditions, Beverly shares her best practices for optimizing club communication. Plus, the Announcement Page has transformed their member interactions—cutting down time spent answering questions and ensuring members always have the latest updates at their fingertips.
1 - Be Consistent
It's helpful to color code your events with consistency. For example, Men's Pickleball League (Blue), Women’s Pickleball League (Pink), Tennis Events (Green).
This will make it easier for your members so they know what to sign up for and keep coming back.
2 - Avoid Unnecessary Questions
Take advantage of the Announcement Page. This can hold everything your members need to know about the facility, clinics, events, dress code, hours, guest rules, and more… using this prevents “all the time we used to sit and answer questions over the phone” said Beverly.
Their members are able to get real time information from the announcement pages every day, which members can view from their ClubCentral app. “You’re answering a lot of questions for your members all at once”. This enables less time on the phone and more time dedicated to working with her members.
3 - Communicate Conditions
Consistent court conditions are very important… “It saves our members a trip to the club. I think that convenience is huge”. There are several ways to share this:
