Our team works closely with clubs every day, giving us a unique perspective on what’s happening in the industry and how our tools are making a difference. By sharing these stories, we hope to give you practical tips, fresh ideas, and a behind-the-scenes look at how our people are helping clubs succeed.
Stephanie Eiden, Club Support Specialist
I started at ForeTees in 2012 and have been a part of the ForeTees team for 13 years. I was lucky to be one of the first support team members for the Dining and Event System and the Website systems. Currently I am a member of the Club Support Team. It has been fun and exciting to see the products grow and assist Clubs in their operations.
My favorite part is getting to know the amazing club staff that I work with often. I am blessed to have many friends over the phone and email and it simply is the best when I have the opportunity to meet them in person or visit them at their club!
The club industry is unique and such a special place. Clubs generally have a focus area that brings members to the club, such as amazing golf courses! However, the club industry has grown and has created so many other recreational areas, activities, and entertaining events that are family-focused and can offer a fun experience for all members! I love connecting with clubs and hearing about events they are trying for the first time or revamping an event by putting a brand new theme or spin on it!
My goal in support is to make sure the club staff team thinks of ForeTees as their partner and a helpful tool to assist them in meeting and exceeding member expectations. If there are any questions or ideas that would be helpful to operations, I love to hear them! Also, communication is key, so members and staff are able to connect together. The ClubCentral app is such an amazing ForeTees product that highlights communication and also members' ease of access to all the club's offers. Clubs are able to market upcoming events, and with one click, members are able to register for those events. Also, push notifications, food ordering, and golf bag pick up are all services that many clubs offer, and the app helps facilitate a process for these offerings.
At ForeTees, we focus on relationships and make sure that when you need help, you have a friend ready to jump in and problem-solve with you. Each club is special to us, and we are so lucky to be a part of the operations of clubs that create the special memories that members cherish for generations.
Drew Jenniges, Pro Support Specialist
I have been with ForeTees for nearly three years, a member of the Pro Support Team and specialize in Golf, Courts, Fitness, App, and POS Support. I thrive on solving problems, adapting to change, and leveraging technology to help clubs succeed. My focus is on providing responsive, knowledgeable support that keeps operations running smoothly and enhances the member experience.
In recent years, I've noticed that many clubs have really embraced new technologies. It's been exciting to see how things like integrated reservation systems, mobile apps, and advanced POS solutions are helping to streamline operations. These tools not only automate routine tasks but also minimize errors and give real-time data. I love how these innovations simplify everything..
