To keep your software running smoothly, it's essential to have a designated IT person or department at your club.
This ensures that updates, integrations, and support requests are handled efficiently and with minimal disruption to operations. Having a go-to contact who understands your system and can communicate with your software provider helps prevent downtime, speeds up troubleshooting, and keeps your tech aligned with your club’s evolving needs. A little IT structure goes a long way toward smoother service and happier staff and members.
